Can we bring our own officiants/musicians?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own officiant and musician. You just need to let the event manager know and provide their contact information.
How much time do I get?
If you are just having a wedding here, you get total of two and a half hours on the property. Which gives you access to the church, the garden and the Bride’s Room. If you are also having a reception, it will depend on how long the reception is.
How many guests does the Sanctuary/Parish House hold?
The Sanctuary has 77 chairs plus benches on the sides. We can seat up to 120 in the Sanctuary and the maximum capacity is 150 with standing room only. The Parish House can hold 75 guests for a formal sit down dinner reception and up to 120 for a casual, buffet-style reception.

Is there a reception area?
Yes, our Parish House, which is conveniently located next to the Church, serves as the reception area.
Is there a bride’s room?
Yes, we have a lovely bride room in the Sanctuary with a private bathroom.
Can people from other religions have a wedding there?
Absolutely! Though the church has an active and vibrant congregation rooted in the Swedenborgian tradition, the wedding program is non-denominational and open to people of all backgrounds.
What is included in the wedding fee?
The fee includes a minister’s services, staff musician, the assistance of a wedding hostess, wedding rehearsal, all candles in the church, a fire in the fireplace, conferences with the minister and musician, bridal dressing room and use of the garden for wedding photos.
Can we throw rice, flower petals or confetti during the ceremony?
Unfortunately, we do not allow rice, flower petals or confetti in the Sanctuary. However, a small amount of silk flower petals are allowed and they must be picked up after the ceremony.
